Problem of decimal separator in the property windows of pcbnew

Hi to all
In the last binaries for windows downloaded from the KiCad test versions from SVN, 20080315-r899-win32
when I open the property windows of a text, the decimal separator of numbers isn't the ',' but the
dot ('.').  This make the parameters change when I close the windows without making change,
and all the parameters got the value without decimals.
For example if I have
widht (mm) : 1.32

then when I reopen the window I see:
width (mm): 1.00

and the big problem is if I have a dimension less than 1 mm (for example 0.87) then the text disappear!!
because the width go to 0.

why this problem?
