Dont know if it helps, but I made a custom cd with this
command:
mkisofs -o ../custom.iso -b isolinux/isolinux.bin -c
isolinux/boot.cat -no-emul-boot -boot-load-size 4
-boot-info-table -R -J -v -T ./
Almost same as yours just a level higher up the path.
