turba and multiple contact box with kolab

I'm using horde/turba with kolab2 server and I can see only
one contacts 
directories, the INBOX/Contacts one. But I can't see the
other one (like 
INBOX/example).

Is anyone can see all the contact boxes in horde ?

I've modified my sources.conf like explain in this bug :

That works fine for me.
