Error during bootstrapping KOLAB 2.0.4

Hi,

After installing KOLAB from source on a Ubuntu 6.06 LTS
according to 
documentation of the KOLAB wiki the step "temporarily
starting slapd" of the 
bootstrapping script fails.

# $kolab_prefix/libexec/openldap/slapd -h
ldap://127.0.0.1:389/ -f 
$kolab_prefix/etc/openldap/slapd.conf (Line 421)

If I run manually the corresponding line in the
'kolab_bootstrap' the command 
returns immediately with no output.

Any suggestions?
