I could use some help updating the clamav ... please!!!

Hi

I updated my kolab version but the clamav and curl wasn't
updated, and
that's what I found in the log file for clamav( it's the
same as for
curl ):
error: cannot write to %sourcedir /kolab/RPM/SRC/clamav
error: /kolab/RPM/PKG/clamav-0.88.4-20060809.src.rpm cannot
be installed
I don't know why this error occured, if anyone has an idea
or a work
around it would be appreciated.

So I tried to update my clamav as descriped in the wiki and
as written
in the wiki: I changed the version of the openpkg to >=
2.4
I then started as stated the rpmbuild but got an error:

And another question popped into my head: I looked at the
web admin
inteface to see which versions I have running and found no
version
number for clamav. Why isn't it shown there??

I couldnt find where the wiki says openpkg >= 2.4 in the
clamav spec file, all 
you need to change is "Version:      0.88.x" in
the #package information 
section of the spec file. Could you try again with just this
and no other 
changes? (The version number in the spec file should match
the source version 
you downloaded)

number I get:

error: Failed build dependencies:
        openpkg >= 20060823 is needed by
clamav-0.88.4-20060825

Because the version number of the openpkg is completely
different I
thought I should change the version.
The wiki also says version*s*, so there could be more than
one version
numbers to change without being specific which one is meant.
At least it wasn't obvious to me.

Strange, I have
BuildPreReq:  OpenPKG, openpkg >= 20040130, gcc, bzip2
PreReq:       OpenPKG, openpkg >= 20040130
In my spec. Would you like to try and run with the above
details in the spec 
and see if that works? Please feel free to edit the wiki
page!

Thanks a lot, now everything worked perfectley!

Now, I have two questiones on my mind:
First: why isn't working with original spec file?
Second: why did I get this strange error: cannot write to
.../clamav
while updating to the new kolab version? Any idea, I am just
curious,
'cause if there is something wrong with my system I would
like to
know. I don't like errors on my productive system
