Autostart

Since i used the wizard kmail starts automatically after
login.
how can i change this to kontact/deactivate it?

Perhaps by saving your session again...
Depending on the distribution, but generally is its:
kmenu -> save session
or for opensuse-10.2 kmenu -> quite -> save session
