why mails from kolab are treated as spam ?

Dear list,

I have installed kolab server and it is running well. but
whenever I
send mails from this server at gmail or other domains
the mails are tagged as spam. How can I fixxed this problem.
I have a
broadband connection and their ip changes every 2/3 days.

That's the reason. You need a static IP address and it needs
to be published 
as a static IP address.
This is a way to filter out spam. Spammers often use dynamic
IP addresses.
