    Whenn I carry ; out  " /kolab/etc/kolab/kolab_bootstrap -b" the following message appears:
    ;       prepare LDAP database...
         ; temporarily starting slapd
          Waiting for OpenLDAP to start

      ;    could not connect ldap server ldap://127.0.0.1:389/ at /kolab/etc/kolab/kolab_bootstrap line 495.

I have a processor intel xeon, 64 bits

    I know some package are not 64bits ready.
But I'm not an expert about 64bits problems.
Hope someone else guide.

Anyway You should have log files in /kolab/var/openldap/
You should also be able to start ldap by hand using 


/kolab/libexec/openldap/slapd -d 255

    Their is no 64bits packages (I dont thing so).
This is the way you compile them.
I have no experience about 64bits architecture, ask the ML
