kolab-2.2-beta-2 : upgrade HORDE less installation into HORDE aware.

Hi

I first installed a kolab-2.2-beta-2 without horde and then
wanna make
a try with HORDE.

I had to remove php package, to let openpkg rebuild it with
horde
specific options

# openpkg rpm -e --nodeps php
# rm -f  /kolab/RPM/PKG/php-*

and then just let openpkg finish the "upgrade"

# cd $KOLAB_SOURCE ; sh ./install-kolab.sh -H -F

The new installation script is very smart and rebuild and
install only
missing package !

I got some problems with ldap when bootstrating the new
install !
Check if horde.schema is include into
/kolab/etc/kolab/templates/slapd.conf.template


Et voila !
