Kontact, Toltec and Inbox

Hi,
I have two problems regarding Outlook/Kontact
interoperability:

1) Outlook moves new Mails from Inbox to Inbox/Posteingang,
kontact does not. 
Is it possible that both clients behave the same? 
2) Even if the moved mails are unread, Kontact does not show
them as unread in 
Inbox/Posteingang.

Ok, I found the solution: Use sieve to move regular mails to

INBOX/Posteingang. This solves the unread-flag issue too.
