Maintainer - Kolab wiki

Hi,

the following information is inconsistent in the wiki. 
Perhaps it is still 
under development.  If someone knows, can he/she update the
wiki or reply on 
the email.  Sorry for the crosspost, didn't know what is the
best ML for 
this.

 domain maintainers, 
 users, 
 external addresses,

 users (of his authorized mail domain)

But this page http://wiki.kol
ab.org/index.php/Roles does not state the same.
Maintainer:
 domain maintainers, 
 users, 
 external addresses, 
 global, shared folders and 
 distribution lists

Domain_maintainer:
 users (of his authorized mail domain) 


What should it be?
Is it that the domain maintainer may create/modify/delete:
 users
 external addresses, 
 global, shared folders and 
 distribution lists.
but only for his own domain?
