ImageInfo

I'd like to install the ImageInfo plugin for Spamassassin if
possible.  
Can this be done with relatively little pain?   And if so,
can anyone 
point me to instructions?

upgrade to lates Spamassassin and the Plug-In is included 

Have a look to:

It is in German but you should able to follow.
