Fwd: Request to mailing list Kolab-announce rejected

 I wish to implement Kolab2 Groupware server on FreeBSD 6.3
or 7.0 Server  
platform for mid-size business in Bermuda, and would like
information  on 
this OS support, as well as availability of native Apple Mac
OS X  email  
client support (mbox format) or tested use of web client on
Apple.

As far as I know OpenPKG works on FreeBSD. As this is not
the most
common distro their might be some problems though. The
information in
the Kolab wiki is also not really useable so I don't know
what the
status in that area is.

Did somebody try Kolab2/OpenPKG on FreeBSD recently?

The web client should work just fine but I think there are
not many
native Kolab clients available (yet). This is probably going
to change
rather soon. I think Thunderbird should already work there.

I've been using it on FreeBSD for 3 years. It just works.
