I'm not sure about the implications of the default calender
marker beyond
being unable to delete such a default calender (and some
other changes in
the popup menu). I'm lacking knowledge about OL, actually
I'm using OL only
to check some problems reported to me from other people.

What exactly should I do? Should I cut the connection
between the PST and
Kolab after an initial sync? Should I deinstall the
connector at this
point?
Starting over with a new unsync'ed PST doesn't seem to
make sense as I don't
have a calender folder in that PST to put an event in.
If you can tell me in detail what you want me to do, I'll
try to do my best
to help finding the cause of the trouble.

I'm not aware of any other software.
