Hi,

I've got a problem with Toltec/Kolab/Outlook 2000.

I want to make one users agenda (boss) accessible to another
(secretary).
I've authorized the secretary, but the calendar does not
show up in her
outlook.
Also, the option to open another users folder is grayed out.

Any ideas?

Many thanks,

Ger.

Set the access permissions on the folder.
This and other hints are documented in the Toltec2 setup
document found on the
documentation section in www.kolab.org.

Hi!

Sorry, I did that already but forgot to mention it. I gave
her full-control on
the calendar.

I figured it out:

My users are setup as follows;
primary email [lastname][domain] example:
janssendansen.nl
unique ident [abbreviated lastname] example: jans

I authorized using the unique ident, but it put the
domainname behind it, thus
generating an invalid userid. Now I put in the primary email
and it works!!

Many thanks,
Ger.
