This seems to be a known bug, but not resolved :(. See

search to 
bugtracker. I was searching for vacation, searching on
transaction may give 
further usefull hits.

However I never had seen this error in action.

Might be a misconfiguration

Please check your settings:

/kolab/etc/imapd/imapd.conf

look at your hostname under servername:

try to ping this hostname.

modify or add this entry in /etc/hosts
to 127.0.0.1 or maybe to your localip

Maybe this helps to reach your sieve

Can you reach your sieve now?
telnet localhost 2000

Dear Giovanni, 

Thanks a lot! 

I added my hostname with my local IP and that made the whole
thing work. 

I also noticed that calling the scripts deliver.php /
forward.php /
vacation.php do not have a delay any more (they had before).

In my opinion this is not the result of a misconfiguration,
as my kolab
server is behind a NAT Firewall, serving with different
hostnames. I would
suggest to adapt the code in the /user subdirs.
