Google SoC

Hi,

 as you might have read on the dot (http://dot.kde.org/117
6336589/) two 
KDEWebDev related applications were selected:

1) Matthias Wieser's  "Kommander Integration into
kdevelop"
2) Roland Knall's "Quanta: Upload
Synchronisation"

First of all congratulations for both of them, and I'd ask
them to 
subscribe to the corresponding mailing lists (kdevelop-devel
- for 
both, kommander-devel for Matthias, quanta-devel for
Roland), and well, 
to start the discussion about how and where the development
will 
happen. I am Roland's mentor, Matthias has a mentor outside
of the 
kdewebdev project, but who lives in the same city as he
does. So he 
(Kevin) will be the official mentor, but I am here to help
and guide 
him as well as (hopefully) it is the rest of KDevelop,
Kommander and 
Quanta team.

Well, you're the one to "promote" KLinkStatus with
ideas.  
Unfortunately this year only Kommander (1) and Quanta (5
IIRC) got 
ideas, but luckily there were enough slots to accept for
both of them.
