TreeWidget - how to enter Item with slashes?

Hi,
is it possible to make new item containing slashes in its
text? Normally
slashes force it to create subitem, when I try to e.g.
dcop dcopid KommanderIf insertItem TreeWidget3
"aaa/bbb" 4

Thanks

If you need slashes in items, just change pathSeparator
property to something
else (for example #)

I see. The thing is I intended to put filenames there, which
in general,
can have every possible character in them. I guess there is
no 100%
bulletproof solution then.
Anyway, thank you for quick answer!

Hi,

If you're worried about filenames containing such
characters, you can always
try using a random string of characters instead, which is
not totally
foolproof but works in the vast majority of cases.
