Actually I now (and possibly before as well) get it when I
have multiple tabs open and I click on the close this window
cross. The warning about closing multiple tabs pops up and
if I wait a few seconds more the not responding message.
Apparently kwin doesn't know about this warning and is
assuming that the window is quitting regardless. When it
doesn't do that, because it is waiting for user input kwin
assumes it is not responding. I find it strange that you
cannot reproduce this. Perhaps you didn't wait 5 seconds?
