Occasionally there are popups for info, such as track
name/number in Amarok (or other players), or for downloads
finishing, or other things.

These would be useful if they faded in and out without
getting in the way of the mouse.  For example, if i am about
to click somewhere but Amarok pops a window up directly
below it, i have to click to clear the Amarok window before
continuing.  These should be present and transparent, but
not get in our way.  My mouse should still think that it is
clicking on the window "below" the info popup.
