These "not yet implemented" features, as pointed
out by replies, have already
been implemented in window managers like PWM, Ion, WMII,
Fluxbox and others.

Not that I'm aware of. There are some wishes at
bugs.kde.org like #42023 and
#59338 with quite some votes but nobody has yet considered
them important
enough to actually implement it. You can be the first one
;).
