Well, i've seen many requests about this, everyone wants
different things, so to make all us happy i suggest to add
to the general windows config (not only to some decorations)
a set of options to borders visibility on maximized windows,
independent from the "Allow moving and resizing of
maximized windows" option.

This set of options should include:
-show(hide) left/right/top/bottom border
-show(hide) tittle-bar

In my case i like the "Allow moving and resizing of
maximized windows" option bu also like the ms windows
style without left/right/bottom borders on maximized windows
particularly in web browsers.

IIUC, you can only resize if you have a border. So if you
allow resizing of maximised windows but take the borders
away, you can't resize.
