Looking for a Motherboard for a Toshiba M35x S149 - Or parting mine out..

I am either looking for a Mobo. for this Toshiba laptop or I
am 
willing to part it out, It has an excellent Screen, and
everything 
else, the motherboard has a problem with the AC jack, I
resoutered a 
new one, but still has a jack power off problem.

parts. heh, it actually runs Apple OSX too!
