First place to look is if you have a bad input jack - the solder point break from tension. You need a voltmeter and the know-how to check that power is coming in. Of course it means teardown of the machine to get at it.

The input jack is not solder on I think it's one of those
input jacks with a cable that you plug in to the motherboard, the
laptop is already tear down. Is there a way to check if the motherboard
is completely dead some way to test.. you mention a voltmeter chould
that be use to see if it is the input jack, chould you please give me
some step by step directions how to do this. Please & thank you..
