Have a Sony VGN-T350P Model PCG-4E1 that was dumped in my lap. Another 
person disassembled the unit to replace the hard drive. Now it will not 
power up. Checked for voltage at jack and at cable to main board - 
okay. Checked power button - okay. Followed procedures for powering 
unit up in disassembled state. Don't know if other person did or not. 
Manual I have not much help in trouble shooting. 

Appreciate any pointers/help I may receive.
