Forget about the restore disk. Get a bootable Windows disk.
Fresh load the operating system and then get the drivers off the web from
another machine.
Hello I need some help I restalled a harddrive on my Compaq
Presario
1245 and when I go to install the restore cd it says master boot
has
not been updated then the restore cd starts to partition the harddrive
then it says bad coman it gos on 20 or 30 min. then it stops and says
to
in inseart Phdisk then it goes on to say that it cant find ntldr
and it askn
for ntdetect and can not boot from cd please help me
