thinkpad t20 just won't boot :(

i have news! between the serial port and the tv out (top lefthand
side in the pic called "light path diagnostics thinkpad") is a 2
color led that is green for just a second as you push the power
button, then it turns orange and flashs 11 times.

i've searched for diagnostic led led post led beep code but just no
joy, just light path diagnostics but thats for ibm servers.
can anybody decode the led?
