Jimmy,
I've got manuals and application guides on my website. I think the bulb adjustment is similar for both scanners. Check out this link and see if it helps. If not I'll dig up the paper instructions and post them.

Hi All,

Still at it with my new scanner. As you can tell, I'm the only one
posting. I must be the newbie. Any owners of the older model scanners
care to tell me how to do a lamp adjustment on the GPIB onl scanner? I
looked in what I thought was the lamp power module, and I see two
adjustable pots there. left and right, i think one is labeled r40.

Any tips?

Thanks,

jimmy

Hi Steve, Thanks for the link. I can't seem to find the adjustment
screw on my older leafscanner. I think it's somewhere deep inside the
covers. I can't seem to find it as referenced in any manuals or pdfs
I've seen.

Thanks,

Jimmy
