User Satisfaction and Facilities

I can remember reading an article in the last few years
whichb analyzed
a number of library user satisfaction surveys.  In this
article, it
talked about correlation between satisfaction and the
facility; if the
user was happy with lighting, seating, temperature, they
tended to have
a high satisfaction with the library as a whole.  I am now
unable to
find that article and would appreciate help.
