Re: Office 2007 and XP

I have been using Office 2007 with XP for a few months now
& the only issue
I've come across (aside from the drastically different
interface) is that
the default format for saving Office files is incompatible
with older
versions of Office (i.e. .docx vs .doc, .xlsx vs. .xls,
etc).  This

ykums3>will allow users of Office XP & 2003 to
open, edit & save files in the new
Office format.  Hope this helps.

Is anyone currently using Office 2007 on the XP operating
system?  If so,
have you encountered any "issues" with it?  Our
library may have to move to
Office 2007 before moving to Vista...
