We're in the middle of the 23 Things Learning 2.0 program at
Swinburne, and this post comes from our week on Library

Library 2.0 is very hard to define as it seems to mean all
things to all people. Some think it's all about technology,
while others believe it's all about the user. As a
consequence, it has become a bit of a lightweight term, even
though the concepts are excellent.
