I've taken a few minutes and quickly setup a phpWiki and put
it on a
site that I run outside of work:

http://lib-bling.com/scholar/index.php?GoogleScholar

I put in a few entries mainly as a demo, but please add and
see if we
can get a good list going. Knowing what is not indexed is
equally as
important as knowing what is. If enough people contribute
this could
be a really useful.

I never developed the stomach for wiki-editing, but feel
free to add whatever
you want from what follows. It's a slow night on the
reference desk, so I
looked at the URLs for 20 pages worth of GS results for the
search "duncan",
and found results from the following resources/publishers.
Hard to say how
deep the coverage is in any of them without a more concerted
and focused
effort.

Thanks Will, and everyone else who's contributed,
We still have an issue in identifying the completeness of
coverage, but this
list is a good start - if a few of us blog it maybe it'll
attract enough
attention that Google will care enough to set us right? (I
know, I'm
dreaming).
Ciao,
Alan.

Will:

Very cool! Thanks so much for doing that. I made a
humble little
contribution this morning, and it seems like a fairly easy
way of beginning
the list. Right now we are going after the low hanging
fruit. In a few
weeks, creativity will be required to determine new
entries.

      Thanks for doing that.
