Print vs electronic

Are there any statistics or studies available regarding the
following:

The amount of information available in only print versus
the
amount of information available online and
The size of the "deep" or "hidden" web
versus the size of
the "surface" or "public" web (this one
I have found some
information, but not necessarily recent)
