Hello!

I am compiling a list of options for creating an
"Amazon-like" interface for
our library OPAC (book cover images, etc.), and I've got a
good start, but I
thought I'd ask all of you what you have used. I'm
especially interested in
options that will work well with our Millennium catalog. If
you have ideas
for me, please contact me off-list. I'll compile and share
the answers.

Thank you very much!

Shannon

We're using Syndetic Solutions to add cover images and other
features to
our catalog. Their website lists that their products work
with
Innovative Interfaces systems.

http://www.syndetics.com/

Many of their products are set up in the I-Share catalog if
you want to
see it in action:

I know III is pushing a new product they are developing that
will sit on
top of your Millennium catalog that will give it a more
"Amazon" feel. I
believe it is called "Oracle," but I could be
wrong. It is quite
expensive, but looks really wonderful.

The opinions are my own; the library wouldn't want 'em!
