Reminder re off-topic messages and other Web4Lib guidelines

Just a friendly reminder from the Web4Lib editorial board of
our list
policy (handily, if not surprisingly, found on the Web
itself, at
http://lists.we
bjunction.org/web4lib/ ). 

"All messages must relate, however slightly, to the
general topic of
World Wide Web systems and libraries or library staff. The
list owner
interprets this rather broadly, but messages that are
clearly off-topic
will not be tolerated."

We're pretty generous with that definition, but please try
to make your
post at least a fuzzy match. Simply stating that a message
is off-topic
is not adequate.
