Enterprise information management

Dear all,

 

I have to determine a system for managing the information of
my organisation. I have no problem to understand the
technical side for the system but I have no practice and I
am looking for a methodology.

 

So, do not hesitate to share your experience and/or do not
hesitate to send me references (books, articles, ...).
