(please forgive the cross postings)
A couple of people have written me about the Drupal4Lib BoF
at ALA Anaheim.
Basically the idea is for people to get together informally
to talk
about how they've implemented Drupal or (equally as
important) how they
would like to implement Drupal.
People could talk briefly about projects they've been
involved with,
etc. The model is kind of like a 'Meetup'. I figure an
hour and a half
get-together would be fine.
Now to the tricky bit: Time & Place?
What are the biggest conflicts? For me that would be the
Lita Happy
Hour (Fri. 6/27, 5.30-8p) and the Opening General Session
(Sat. 6/28
5:30p-7:30p).
I'm sure other people have other conflicts. The idea would
be to meet
maybe before any of these -- or on Sunday.
I really don't have a handle on the conference program yet
so your
comments and suggestions are appreciated. Please email them
directly to
me or leave them at:

pal.org/node/11317
Thanks, and on to Anaheim!
