403 error when specifying IP address of web server

Hi,

I am running IIS on a PC in a small network. The PC will
serve up web
pages to other PCs on the network when the name of the
server is
specified in the address bar of the browser. However, when
the IP
address of the server is entered in the address bar, the
server returns
a 403 message which means the user does not have permission
to access
the resource.

I would welcome any information.
