1691 working well as reverse proxy to apache 2.2.4/mod_php 5.2.1

Jan, Just to let you and others know. r1691 has been working
quite
well as a reverse proxy fronting an Apache 2.2.4 (pre-fork
MPM) with
mod_php 5.2.1 + xcache 1.2.0 on Centos 4.4/x86-64

am using epoll network handler and linux-sendfile network
backend

RSS used is around 2.7 MB as measured via 'ps caxu | grep
lighttpd'

RSS is a very good example of stuff to test X-sendfile.
