I only see native windows build for 1.5, and it was not
very
stable as stated in the page:

I wonder if the stability has been improved?
And, if there is a native (not cygwin) build for 1.4.x
available
somewhere? The reason I can not use the cygwin version is
that
a COM object does not work properly with cygwin paths (it's
a big
complicated.) I'm looking for 1.4.x because of the issues I
encoutered
with 1.5, as described in my other email.
