    I need lighty 1.4.11 on debian with mod_cml enabled but couldn't get it to work yet.

First I tried several backposts but I didn't find one with mod_cml.

Then I tried to build a debian package by myself based on the description at the lighty wiki. Everthing seems to be there, but it doesen't work (when using mod_status to see all loaded mods, mod_cml is NOT listed)


Here is what I did: 

base installation debian sarge and folowing additional packages:
dpkg-dev debhelper zlib1g mysql-common libmysqlclient12 libpcre3-dev zlib1g-dev libbz2-dev libssl-dev lua50 liblua50-dev memcached


copied debian directory from 1.4.7 sources to 1.4.11

added the following three lines to debia/rules:
  --with-pcre
  --with-lua
  --with-memcache

built the debian package and installed


I verfied that I have lua running (lua -v => lua 5.0.2 ..)  and memcache (memcached -h => memcached 1.1.12 )

Of course I have mod_cml enabled in my lighty config file.

Is there anything wrong or missing in what I did ? I there a better or simpler way to make it work ? Has anybody a mod_cml enabled backport ? Should I move to debian unstable/testing ?

You dont have libmemcache0/libmemcache-dev
