OT: Calling Flash guys - Child elements not receiving mouse events if parent MovieClip has

Hi Colin & Grimmwerks
 
I woke this rainy Saturday morning and thought the same
thing about doing a hittest onEnterFrame so nice to know I
am capable of thinking Flash (Director's always been my
strong point).
 
I also like the idea of adding a mouse event listener, but
that's going to be a little more complex as I only have a
mouse move event so that'll involve hittests and setting
flags to prevent animations re-running every time i move the
mouse.
 
Thanks for the input guys I'll keep you posted. Other ideas
always welcome though!
