What does the drive summary page say? It should give you a
percentage
free figure for both drives.
Thinking out loud: Perhaps a directory name has changed, so
the backup
is making a backup to a different place, hence trying to
store two
complete backups on the one disk.
Also, from a Telnet or SSH prompt, the command df might
provide useful
info about mounted filesystems.
