add option to control default thread stack size in ortp

on no-mmu systems, we dont have the luxury of allowing stack
sizes to
magically grow.  so ive added a configure option to oRTP so
people can
bump up the thread stack size as need be.

the default behavior is unchanged -- if you dont specify the
configure
option, the default thread stack size is left up to the
operating
system.
