Requirements
============
Interested in developing web, wireless and desktop
applications
Strong OOP knowledge
Strong programming skills in PHP, Python and/or Java
Experience with RDBMS such as MySQL or PostgreSQL
Knowledge in Mono/C# programming a plus
Knowledge in unit testing and TDD a plus
Can work under pressure and tight deadlines with
minimum supervision
Resourceful and meticulous
Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science/Engineering,
Math or similar field a plus but not required
Fresh Grads are welcome and encouraged

Job Role, Duties and Activities
===============================
Develop and deploy software applications (web,
wireless and desktop) for internal and external
clients
Maintain and support deployed projects
Study new software technologies and methodologies
necessary for project development

Expected Accomplishments and Results
====================================
Deliver high quality software applications at all
time, passing team and QA standards
Submit to Team Leader  weekly and monthly progress
assessment and reporting on active projects handled
Follow established software development practices
(TDD, documentation) on all project development
Develop own technical and soft skills by practical and
formal training
