Position: Systems Administrator Responsibilities: The role of the systems administrator is to provide efficiency to the operations of the company through IT services. The tasks involved include but are not limited to the following: Providing facilities such as email, mailing lists, and collaboration tools. Troubleshooting malfunctioning systems. Assisting individual users with their IT issues. Research and assessment on alternative systems and upgrades. Information security. Other roles and tasks may be assigned as needed. Requirements: Required skills: Both Windows & Linux OS Administration. Strong knowledge of TCP/IP networking, network and application level security, and OS internals (file systems, storage, process life cycle, etc.) Fluency in bash Minimum 1+ years experience deploying and maintaining Linux web servers, file servers, firewalls, directory services, etc. At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in a Linux environment. CG/VFX and POST experience is a plus and will be taken into consideration.
