LDP wiki in action

I tried to setup a home page for the wiki.

Please feel free to fix any typo (I make typo very often)

If it's running on plain CGI it will be horridly slow; it
would run 
faster on FastCGI if the software supports it.

Again: we have no proper server for better setup,
I am organizing it and of course we will use fcgi after.

I don't really understand how is the wiki hosted.

some years ago I asked sourceforge to know if they could
hold a LDP 
wiki and *they answer no*. However, now, there are wikis on
sourceforge.

may be the ldp wiki can be hosted at ibiblio or sourceforge?
I know 
ibiblio admin is open ears
