Hi! Everyone,



I am new to this group and I hope someone can give me some

hints about the problems that I have had while installing

Windows XP or Vista Ultimate using rhel5 virtulization.



First problem:


Windows XP was installing to the point when it asked for some drivers

from the floppy disk, it could not see the flopp drive. It said there

is no floppy drive.



Second problem:




Vista Ultimate was installing to the point that it asked which hard 

drive to install the windows, it could not see any hard drives.



Have you experienced anything like these? Any ways to get around it?
