shortcut alt L

Hello,

I`m using Firefox and if I type alt L - what is for  on my
OSx - I  
got the sidebar http headers... that is hard to handle, so
there must  
be a way to change that?!
I didn`t find anything about that. I would be happy if
someone could  
tell me how to change that!
