Exploring the needs of radio stations, I have realized that, beside the basic audio editor Audacity, we need to have in our Radio Package, some other multi channel audio editor (similar to Sony Vegas, ProTools, Cubase SX, Steinberg Nuendo etc..), that radio stations could use for simple audio production, like commercials or some more demanding shows.

Exploring the internet  and Ubuntu update applications, I found out program called Ardour v.0.99 ( http://www.ardour.org/ ), that could help us. Ardour uses JACK level of integration, like ASIO or WDM  on PC environment. More details you can find at: http://www.ardour.org/jack .

What do you guys think- can this help us in the future, and could we implement  this program into our Radio Package in this release?

If people get this to work with their systems Then
there is no
need for budget soundcards. To get jackd to work without
latency...
invest.

Radio stations already work with multi channel editors.
And my wish is that if we give the future users the Radio Package, then we should offer them some kind of alternative under the Linux environment instead of the windows programs they were used to work on.
These programs don't use high-budget audio cards, but two channel audio cards (stereo in - stereo out), unless you think that the 100-150 euro investment is too much.

I don't understand this part about latency and investment.

If you never tryed Ardour, it is best to try before asking.
Ardour uses
Jackd. Everybody with big ass pc's/multitrack soundcards
love it. It just
doesn't work on 'normal' pc, good capable in doing Radio
work. Personal
opinion: it is Bloat. (As defined in the FBUI project).
